COME TAKE A LOOK AROUND!

ABOUT ME

I'm a senior at UC Berkeley working towards a degree in Computer Science. I'm originally from Texas, but came to Berkeley to pursue my dream to work in the renowned Bay Area. Some of my hobbies include dancing, baking, sports, and video games. Whenever I'm relaxing at home, I will most likely be watching TV shows or listening to music, so I am always open to new recommendations!

PROJECTS

Machine Learning

December 2018

I built a multi-layer neural network in Python to solve a variety of machine learning problems, including linear and nonlinear regression and classifying handwritten digits from the MNIST database. Additionally, I used a Recurrent Neural Net to identify the language of a given word by implementing a hidden set of layers to summarize the list of characters.

Bear Maps

April 2018

I created a web mapping application using Java that allows users to search for locations around Berkeley, including the option to zoom onto different sections.
I used Map Rastering to convert the information on a map to a pixel-by-pixel image and used shortest path algorithms, such as A* and Dijkstra’s, to find the optimal path between two locations.

RISC-V Processor

March 2019

I designed a RISC-V Processor using Logisim that takes in a RISC-V instruction in machine language and alters the data in CPU registers and memory using a collection of control signals. The datapath has a
2-stage pipeline architecture that separates the instruction fetch from the rest of the data path and includes an ALU that supports 14 arithmetic operations.
